PolyQ Mobile Apps started after years of experimenting (and not finding much joy) in different mobile platforms such as iOS and Android. Although there were great opportunities in the respective marketplaces programming model just didn’t appeal to me.

When Microsoft announced that it was going to release Windows Phone 7 it was a big question mark as to what the development environment would look like. Fortunately enough Microsoft settled on Silverlight which has a great programming model and enables the use of C# which is my choice of programming language.

There are and will be many more PolyQ apps ranging from games to utility apps since I do not want to focus on a single vertical and lose touch with reality. I am open to new ideas/suggestions. You can contact me at info@polyq.us
